Molly takes a personalised, food-first approach to nutrition. She empowers her clients to optimise their digestion, restore hormonal balance, boost energy, and improve overall well-being through tailored dietary recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, and functional testing.

Molly’s approach goes beyond symptom management; she equips her clients with the tools and knowledge they need to feel confident, in control, and vibrant. Whether through one-to-one online consultations, in-person clinics, or wellness programmes designed for organisations, she provides holistic support that helps clients thrive in all areas of their lives.

Parking is free at Insole Court, but a donation towards the maintenance of the House is welcomed at reception.

Please head to the Main House where you will find our function room.

As we are a small business, tickets are non-refundable.
However, we do allow you to re-sell your ticket at retail value or less. We often have a waiting list, so please do let us know if you find you cannot make it, and we will link you up with someone who will be pleased to have your ticket.
